Conclusion (Alexandra, Stiven, James)
In conclusion, Team C has learned a lot regarding Chipotle’s structured and dynamic processes. We also learned that Chipotle is super confidential regarding their information. Alexandra tried to gain certain information from her general manager such as sales information and was denied immediately. But despite this, we did a lot of research on the internet and learned about the company's commitment to sustainability, supply chain optimization, and menu diversification. This experience highlighted the delicate balance between confidentiality in business operations and the importance of conducting thorough external research to gain a comprehensive understanding of a company's practices and values.

I am the one who recommended we do our project on Chipotle since I currently work here but I didn’t realize how difficult it would be to gather information. I asked my manager, Stefany for receipts and also about the structured and dynamic processes within the company but when she asked for permission to give out such information from the higher ups it was considered sensitive and confidential so I was denied a lot of information I needed to successfully complete this project. But despite this setback, we were able to gain some general information from both myself and Stefany but most of the research was done online. It took a lot of digging but we were able to compile what we needed in order to complete this project, which I am grateful for. I learned a lot about how sales work regarding fast-casual restaurants and how social media plays a big part in many businesses' success. I’d also like to thank my group members, James and Stiven for their help and contribution to this project.

This project was certainly fun to partake in. I have never taken an IS class before this, and was excited to learn about the new material. Applying that newly acquired knowledge to real life applications such as researching our company Chipotle really helps instill the concepts we learned. I also learned a lot about our company, Chipotle, that I previously did not know. For example, I did not understand how streamlined their sales process is, from beginning to end. It is truly impressive to see how efficient and productive this process is when analyzing it. This class and report definitely opened my eyes to the intricate workings of IS, and made me aware of how much work goes into running a business. I’d like to thank my group members, Alexandra and Stiven, for their help and contributions throughout this report. Everyone did a great job delegating work and working together as a team.

Completing this project certainly helped me grasp a better understanding of the IS big companies use to operate their business in a more cost and time efficient way. Chipotle uses several IS systems from inside their restaurants to the phones of their customers. For example, Chipotle is able to use their online application and social media to reach their customers from outside their restaurants, ensuring they’re up to date about the newest products they have to offer. Having learned about the MIS, it’ll give me an advantage if I ever plan on opening a business of my own. I know how important it is to incorporate these IS systems to ensure smooth and secure transactions between two parties. Apart from that, I want to thank Alexandra and James for the tremendous help throughout this semester.
We would like to thank Stefany for the information she was able to provide to us and we also thank the internet for being such a useful resource in helping us complete this assignment.
